  1. I went to Handango and registered but I haven't received my code. When will I receive it?

  2. As soon as Handango processes your transaction it will send you an email with the subject Thanks For Your Purchase. Your registration code is inside this email, toward the end. Sometimes an overzealous spam filter will catch the email and file it in your spam folder so, if it's been a while since Handango indicated a successful transaction, you might want to take a look there.



  3. My disk crashed/I got a new computer/My dog ate my email and I can't find my registration code. What should I do?

  4. Send an email from the account you originally signed up with (the one the Thanks For Your Purchase message was sent to) to us and we'll send you a copy of your registration email. If it isn't possible to send an email from this account, send us an email telling us what account it was and roughly when you registered (we need the original email address to look up your registration details). A good way to avoid this hassle is to print off all the software registration codes you receive in email and put them in a folder. That way they are still available when disaster strikes.

  5. I have not received my registration code. When do I receive it?

  6. Our partnership company will send you Email "Than you for your purchasing" soon after they handled your order. The registration code should be in the email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder.

  9. I decided I don't really like your software. Can I get a refund?

  10. All of our software can be downloaded as a free trial version. We encourage you to try the software at length before buying it. We usually do not give refunds unless there is a serious issue that occurs after installation and cannot be resolved by our technical support. However, if you still feel you are entitled to a refund,, please let us know. In all cases, refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Agilingua, LLC.

  11. I bought software for a wrong processor type. What now?

  12. In the case of a purchase for the wrong processor type, our normal policy is to transfer your registration to the correct type.
