Distribution Agreement with Wavecrest K.K. for Japan

(Agilingua, LLC., NY, April 1, 2008) - Agilingua, LLC. (www.agilingua.com), a software firm of spoken dialogue interface system, today announces the signing of a new distributor agreement with Wavecrest K.K. (www.wavecrestkk.co.jp) for all SDKs (Software Development Kits) distribution in Japan.

Headquartered in New York, U.S.A, with a sales branch office in Hokkaido, Japan, Agilingua, LLC�f s vision is to be the leading company providing world-class technical solutions, services and products of spoken dialogue interfaces to customers. With an office located in Tokyo and wide variety of established customers in Tokyo area, Wavecrest K.K. is positioned to help Agilingua in selling SDKs in Japan from April 1st, 2008.

ATOM Spoken Dialogue SDK
The ATOM Spoken Dialogue SDK supports the development of advanced voice interface applications for natural spoken interactions between a user and an application. The SDK contains IDE for dialogue development, Windows-WP compatible Runtime Engine, Compilers for grammars and dialogue scripts and all of other necessary tools for developing spoken dialogue interface applications.

Also C++ APIs for integrating with given TTS and speech recognizers and databases and applications are included. The SDK is ready to user Microsoft SAPI5 compatible speech recognizer.

Reference Design SDKs
The ATOM Reference Design SDKs are implementations of spoken dialogue systems for specific vertical applications. The SDKs are based on the ATOM Spoken Dialogue SDK and illustrate the best practices in implementing advanced spoken language interfaces. Source code for grammars and dialogue scripts, and other resources are included. Developers can use the Reference Design as a starting point to quickly develop prototypes and complete products.
