Agilingua, LLC. Releases ATOM Grammar Tool Business, Comprehensive Grammar Development Tool for Speech Recognition Grammars on November 1.

(Agilingua, LLC., NY, November 1, 2007) Agilingua, LLC. announces the release of the ATOM Grammar Tool Business which is a a comprehensive, simple-to-use tool especially designed for developing speech recognition grammars. Other than speech recognition software, the ATOM Grammar Tool does not need any additional software for the complete development process.

In addition to all the features of ATOM Grammar Tool Professional, the Business Edition also supports the integration of third party speech recognizers that are not SAPI 5 compliant (programming required). Also, batch regression testing of grammars is supported so that the ATOM Grammar Tool Business can be integrated in automated regression tests.

The ATOM Grammar Tool is an ideal tool for assisting in the development of speech recognition applications, speech dialogue system and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.

ATOM Grammar Tool Professional, which was released on October 15, supports Microsoft SAPI 5 compliant speech recognizer and ATOM Grammar Tool Business works with other recognizers.

The ATOM Grammar Tool integrates support for the entire development process of speech recognition grammars, including editing, testing and debugging, in one convenient tool. Therefore, the ATOM Grammar Tool makes the development process more efficient and less error-prone compared to using other isolated software packages.

The ATOM Grammar Tool is fully unicode compliant and supports multilingual applications, including far-east character sets, such as Japanese, Chinese and Korean.

For integrated regression testing, the ATOM Grammar Tool directly interfaces to speech recognition software. The ATOM Grammar Tool Professional Edition interfaces with Microsoft SAPI 5 compliant speech recognizers while the ATOM Grammar Tool Business Edition allows the integration of other third-party recognizers through a documented API (programming required).

Support Major Standards
The ATOM Grammar Tool supports major standards including W3C SRGS, W3C SISR and JSGF. Therefore it is easy to integrate with speech recognizers or natural language parsers which are compliant with these standards.
